At Amelia's Art and Gift, we value transparency and aim to provide you with all the information you need for a seamless experience. Our FAQ page is designed to address common queries and offer clarity on various aspects of our products, services, and policies.
Refund
Unfortunately we do not accept returns. Our products are custom made and while it may appear they are the same, no two pairs will ever be identical however, they will look very close to the pictures you see on our page. This is part of the craft. However, should your product arrive damaged, please notify us within THREE days of receiving your order along with a picture of the damaged item and we will replace or credit your account.
Delivery
Just a few ounces. Most styles weigh the same. We receive countless feedback from our customers raving about how lightweight and comfortable our products are.
While every order is unique and timing may differ depending on selection, most orders are shipped within 14 business days. If you have a specific need or time frame please message us prior to ordering to make sure we can meet your need. Holiday timeframes may change a bit but we will always post that information.
If you’ve provided the wrong address information at checkout please send an email to shipping@Amelia’s.com with the correct address. If we have shipped your package and we need to ship a second time you will be charged shipping to send a second time.
Shipping & Returns
We utilize USPS mostly. Anything weighing less than 1 pound will ship first class. Packages greater than 1 pound will ship Priority. Please pay special attention when entering an email address at checkout . Your tracking is sent via email at the completion of packaging. If you have questions or concerns please contact USPS once your order has left our facility.
If your package is lost during transit you will need to file a claim with the USPS.
Products marked as delivered by the USPS. You will need to contact the USPS to obtain information regarding your package.

Material
Glitter and resin make up the design and the hardware is the highest quality of stainless steel. Hypoallergenic and Nickel free. The glitter is encased in resin and will not flake or peel off. We also use acrylic for some designs.
You sure can. Design and color combinations can be changed. We have a great designer who loves creating new things and is happy to consider your idea. . Just remember this could delay your order past the normal 14 business day shipping timeframe.

Unfortunately, we do not accept text messaging or social media messaging. If you have not received shipping correspondence within 14 business days and would like to check the status of your order, please double check the email you provided at check-out when placing your order. Send an email to patti@ameliasartandgifts.com, and we will research your order. Please keep in mind that we are a small business and we strive to make every effort to ship on time; therefore, we have to prioritize emails. Emails asking, Has my order shipped? will not be responded to. That information can be found in your inbox or, if possible, in your spam.
